Because I
have an increasing amount of non-Dutch readers on my blog, I have decided to
write both in English and Dutch from now on. At this moment about 25% of the
visitors are from outside the Netherlands. I know there is a translator on my
blog, but very often the translations are not very good.
I hope you
will forgive the (many) mistakes I will probably make. My English is not bad, but obviously it is
not my first language. It will be difficult for me to express in English what I
feel, but I will give it a try. Please feel free to comment if things are not
clear. You can find my email on the right side of this blog.
Omdat ik een toenemend aantal buitenlandse bezoekers heb op mijn blog, zal ik vanaf nu de berichten in het Nederlands en in het Engels doen. Aan de ene kant vind ik dat jammer, want het bevordert de leesbaarheid van het blog niet. Maar omdat zo'n 25% van de lezers van buiten Nederland komt, wil ik hen ook ter wille zijn.

I'm thrilled that you are now writing your blog in English. I can usually make out what your are saying but sometimes the translation leaves much to be desired. I find your blog a true source of inspiration. And your English is perfect!

Hej hej, ik heb je blog eigenlijk nog maar pas ontdekt, wat ziet het er hier gezellig uit!! Al lees ik graag Engelse boeken, toch vind ik het jammer dat je naar het Engels overgaat. Raar?
